I came to therapy through the creative door. My path to writing began with with studying creative literature in college and includes: received a government grant for poetry, working for Mother Jones Magazine, as well as a ghost writer at Scholastic. As someone who has spent over 15 years working with individuals and couples at various life stages, including artists, journalists, and creative executives, I bring a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the unique pressures you face.
My journey has taken me from writing to therapy clinics and a thriving in private practice specializing in therapy for writers & creatives. My expertise in depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and relationship dynamics, coupled with my passion for working with creative individuals, equips me to guide you toward rediscovering your well-being.
I believe in the power of therapy and healing through psychotherapy as the cornerstone of our work together. In our sessions, I offer a compassionate and empathetic space where you can be truly seen and heard, embarking on a path toward healing and growth.
