Welcome to Zoe Rose Hicks Therapy

I help people towards fulfillment and empowerment in the face of depressions and anxiety. If you are feeling burned out, isolated, overwhelmed, numb, please reach out.

In couples therapy, I help partners move past roadblocks, break down communication barriers, & begin understanding each other more. I am trained in the Gottman Method, a scientific and research backed approach to therapy that facilitates deep, meaningful improvements in relationships. In addition to 1-2 couples therapy, I also offer group couples therapy sessions where partners can learn from and empower each other through shared experiences.

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change and lead a fulfilling vibrant life.

    Understanding that these challenges are common among creatives, my therapy sessions are tailored to address the unique mental health needs of this group. Through a combination of Psychodynamic Talk Therapy, EMDR, and potentially integrating methods such as referrals to a Ketamine clinic or psychedelic integration, we focus on using your creative strengths to tackle the root causes of your distress.

    Postpartum depression or anxiety exists on a spectrum and can take multiple forms. Anything from intrusive thoughts of the child being harmed to waking up in the night watching the baby to ensure they’re breathing, or even storing a freezer full of breast milk “just in case.”
